This hotel is situated close to the railway station, making it easy for travelers with heavy bags. the hotel also features an in-house restaurant with a decent menu, making it perfect for a quick bite. the rooms are tidy and well-furnished with modern amenities, and the bathrooms are clean and hygienic.
The hotel could improve its customer service and attention to detail.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast. The location was convenient, close to the railway station and Meenakshi temple.

Clean rooms with good amenities and friendly staff willing to help with any issue. the TV had plenty of options, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of Southern Indian dishes, which were always my favorite. the hotel is located in a central area easily accessible to self-driven vehicles.
The hotel did not have much atmosphere, and the overall experience was just okay. the extra added taxes make the total cost much higher than expected, making it less transparent.

The rooms were tidy and well-kept, with daily cleaning and fresh linens. Its location was a plus, very central, and close to many attractions. The complementary breakfast was enjoyable and delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
The staff can be challenging to communicate with, primarily if you do not know the local language and was minimally helpful with inquiries. The rooms themselves are a bit snug, not ideal if you need space to work.
